About Dr. Lesley Stahl
As a clinical psychologist, I have received extensive training as both a clinician and researcher and provide comprehensive psychotherapeutic services using a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy approach. In my practice, I offer research-supported interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy, exposure/response prevention therapy, mindfulness, habit-reversal training for tic disorders, and family therapy. These strategies have been proven to be the most effective for clients with depression, anxiety, and tic disorders.
